Our Firm

Integritat, Audit, Accounting & Advisory, LLC (dba "Integritat CPA") is a member of the FICPA and AICPA.  We are registered with the PCAOB (PCAOB Firm Search) to provide assurance services for issuers, entities with public quotes on exchanges in the US and other SEC registrants.   We are also registered with the Canadian Public Accountability Board (CPAB Firm Search) to provide assurance services for Canadian issuers.  Our office is located in Boca Raton, Florida.

Our practice was founded in March 2019 and has significantly grown to date, due to the quality of our staff and firm leadership.  Our team competently seeks ways to amicably inform, guide, and support clients to grow their systems of accountability in ways that are practical.

 In 2024, Integritat CPA formed an alliance with GQ Auditores Consultores, located in Santiago, Chile, to provide audit services in Spanish under US GAAP (US generally accepted accounting standards) and IFRS (international financial reporting standards). In 2024, Integritat CPA formed an alliance with Riskman Consulting, located in Kolkata, West Bengal, India, to provide integrated audit services.  An integrated audit is an examination of the effectiveness of the internal control over financial reporting and of the financial statements.  The Sarbanes-Oxley Act requires larger issuers to have integrated audits.  It aims to report on the internal control environment and the quality and compliance of financial reporting.  Riskman Consulting is a firm with various internal control professionals with top tier and high-level corporate experience in testing the internal control environment for operational and financial reporting purposes. Services Requiring Independence: 

We perform audits and reviews of private, crowdfunded, and publicly traded companies on national exchanges in the US, Canada and Bermuda. We offer services in accordance with US GAAP and IFRS.   

Other Services: 

• Remote Accounting Services: For small and development stage companies. Using QuickBooks Online, we provide periodic review of source documents, posting of entries, and preparation of financial statements.

• Audit Preparation Advisory Services: We provide advisory and mediation services to support companies in satisfying requests made by their auditors. This service often may be provided in conjunction with accounting support services whereby we may review certain contracts, valuations, and other source documents to determine if proper accounting treatments, entries, and financial statement disclosures were applied.  This may also include preparing needed workpapers, determining corrective entries and drafting the financial statements.

• Technical Accounting Advisory Services: For unfamiliar or technical accounting guidance, we provide advisory services to assist companies with understanding authoritative, unauthoritative guidance and best practices. This service is also achieved by providing accounting, accounting guidance write up, workpapers, demonstrating how values are determined, and proposed journal entries and disclosures. US GAAP and IFRS are evolving standards in response to changes in the business environment. Many issues are complex and require research.  It is crucial that transactions, business relationships, and contractual rights and obligations are properly captured and valued so financial reporting is adequate to be distributed internally or to the public.  We research accounting treatments, create white papers on trends and acceptable interpretations, and then translate this information into work papers to determine the related values, journal entries and the required financial statement disclosures.

• Compilations:  We prepare financials in accordance with AICPA compilation standards for businesses and personal financial statements for high-net-worth individuals.
